The Roman Holiday
Is a residence located in Rome, in the neighbourhood called Borgo, really near to St. Peter’s Basilica (two hundred footsteps from the oval place), Vatican and St. Angelo Castle, is composed of twelve beds. The ancient city is destination of numerous pilgrimages to see the Pope, to visit the Vatican’s Museums, and to admire the several monuments and churches full of history and culture. When visiting Rome, there are many places that have to be seen: “Altare della Patria”, Venezia Square, Corso Street, the wonderful roman panorama from Pincio and Janiculum, “Fori Imperiali”, Catacombs, Coliseum, Arc of Costantino, Capitol, “Campo de’ Fiori”, Circus Maximus, “Colonna Traiana”, “Foro Romano”, “Bocca della Verità”, Trevi Fountain, Argentina Square, Augustus Mausoleum, “Mercati Traianei”, Pantheon, Barberini Square, Colonna Square, Navona Square, “Piazza del Popolo”, Spagna Square, Caio Cestio’s Pyramid, St. Giovanni in Laterano, St. Peter in Vincoli, St. Maria Maggiore, St. Maria in Trastevere, the Synagogue, Terme di Caracalla, Veneto Street, Villa Borghese, Isola Tiberina and more. From our residence, all these places can easily be reached in a few minutes by car, taking a bus or the metro. A big auto parking and a taxi stop are also available. Equipped to offer an Italian sojourn in Rome, where happenings and events are daily routine, from exhibitions to concerts and fashion parades, from the ancient typical restaurant to the navigation on the Tevere river and the visits of the most prestigious museums and monuments. Only in a week you can enjoy the passage of the centuries just walking in the streets of the imperial Rome, in the frivolous and enchanting Veneto Street, in the alleys of Trastevere, in the Medieval suburbs, in the modern streets of EUR with its skyscrapers, the artificial lake and the “Civiltà” Palace. You can stay in an apartment feeling yourself at home, eating with calm, sleeping, resting, having a good breakfast, in a moment of vacation that is not the usual B&B, landlord, residence or hotel, having at the same time every kind of comfort to spend your Roman holyday in a happy calm. The apartment is located at the third floor of a nice building. It is endowed with elevator, with an ample and long entry (photo), three rooms, two of which with a little balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen. The rooms (photo) are bright, and each of them is furnished in a simple, modern and comforting way, with Tv and conditioner. The kitchen (photo) is completely equipped; you can use the oven (gas or electric one), the express coffee machine, the toaster, the pots, the dishes, the glasses, the cups, the wares and a refrigerator equipped with drinks and appetizers for kids to use and pay only at the end of your sojourn.
